Link passcodes

Optional passcodes add a gate before someone can join a shared link. Set a passcode per link type; visitors enter it once per browser session. Mobile control and moderator links use secret tokens instead.

How to use it

  1. Open Share in control.
  2. Under a link (Viewer, Agenda, Q&A screen, or Q&A lobby), type a passcode.
  3. Click Set to enable protection — a Protected badge appears.
  4. Share the passcode separately from the URL with authorized people.
  5. Click Remove (save with empty field) to disable the passcode.
