Refund Policy
We want purchases to be clear and fair. If you believe you were charged in error or need help with a billing issue, contact us and we will review it.
Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Refund requests for subscription renewals are reviewed case by case.
Single event licenses
One-time event purchases are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or accidental charges.
Billing issues
If you were charged unexpectedly, purchased the wrong plan, or hit a technical issue during checkout, contact us with the purchase date, email address, and any payment reference you have.
