Room settings

Room settings apply to the whole show — not individual timers. Use them for the event name, automatic start scheduling, and global wrap-up timing colors.

How to use it

  1. Open the Room tab in control.
  2. Set Room name — shown on the viewer and audience pages.
  3. Optionally set a Scheduled start for countdown on the pre-show screen.
  4. Enable Auto-advance rundown to move to the next segment when a countdown timer finishes.
  5. Configure Wrap-up timings for yellow/red progress bar thresholds.
  6. Use Mark show as started to skip the pre-show holding screen.
