Rundown
The rundown is your ordered list of show segments. In **Producer** layout it lives in the left sidebar; in **Classic** layout it is the first column. Select a segment to edit it; the highlighted row is what you are configuring.
How to use it
- Open the Rundown tab in the control sidebar (Producer) or the left column (Classic).
- Click Add timer to create a new segment.
- Drag rows to reorder, or use the sort controls on each row.
- Click a segment to select it — settings appear in the main panel.
- Use Link to next on each segment (with room auto-advance enabled) so the show moves on when a timer finishes.
Tips
- In Producer layout, a green On air bar appears when a different timer is running than the one you are editing.
