Team management
Each organization is a production team. **Admins** invite people by email; teammates sign in with Google using that same email. Roles control what each person can do — from full producer access down to read-only viewer.
How to use it
- Open Dashboard → Team (Admin only).
- Enter a colleague's email and choose a role (Producer, Director, Moderator, or Viewer).
- Click Invite — they join when they sign in with Google using that email.
- Change roles from the dropdown next to each member.
- Remove members who should no longer have access (you cannot remove yourself).
Tips
- Share the invite email and tell them to use Continue with Google with the exact address you invited.
- Use Producer for show callers who build rundowns; Director for floor managers running timers live.
