Team management

Each organization is a production team. **Admins** invite people by email; teammates sign in with Google using that same email. Roles control what each person can do — from full producer access down to read-only viewer.

How to use it

  1. Open Dashboard → Team (Admin only).
  2. Enter a colleague's email and choose a role (Producer, Director, Moderator, or Viewer).
  3. Click Invite — they join when they sign in with Google using that email.
  4. Change roles from the dropdown next to each member.
  5. Remove members who should no longer have access (you cannot remove yourself).

Tips

  • Share the invite email and tell them to use Continue with Google with the exact address you invited.
  • Use Producer for show callers who build rundowns; Director for floor managers running timers live.
